  • Registration slots for the next month are opened on the 1st of each month.
  • Advance Priority Ticket (1,000 yen/seat)
    For customers coming from far away, such as overseas. This is a "limited quantity" ticket that ensures you seats in advance. These tickets are released on the 1st of each month until the end of the following month. This will allow you to reserve a seat from 8 days up to 2 months in advance.
  • Once payment is complete, a cancellation fee will be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Important Notes for Hikiniku to Come Shibuya

  • Please show the registration confirmation email at the reception on the day.
  • Please arrive at the store at the time of your registration and wait. The staff will call your name in turn.。At Shibuya atore, please wait either on the stairs leading to the store or at the "Hikiniku to Come’s Veranda" (waiting bar).
  • There is no waiting space inside the store, so you must wait outside. We apologize for any inconvenience.
  • Depending on the dining pace of the previous customers, you may have to wait longer at the store.
  • Time changes after registration are not allowed.
  • Customers will be seated in the order of their arrival. If your entire party is not present, you may not be seated.
  • Please ensure that you do not disturb other stores or traffic while waiting
  • A deposit of ¥1,800 (tax included) per person will be charged at the time of registration. In case of cancellation, the cancellation policy will apply, and the deposit will be charged to the registered credit card. If the store is unable to operate due to equipment failure or natural disasters, the deposit will not be charged, so you can rest assured. However, please note that we do not accept rescheduling in such cases.

  • Guests who are not dining are not allowed to enter. Only drinks are available at "Hikiniku to Come’s Veranda."
  • Strollers must be folded. 
  • Children who cannot sit on their own cannot occupy a seat.
  • The Shibuya store is located on the third floor of a building, requiring customers to climb a narrow staircase for one floor. There is no elevator, so please be aware.
  • While waiting, please do so either on the stairs leading to the store or at the "Hikiniku to Come’s Veranda" (waiting bar). There is no waiting space inside the store.

  • You can register up to 6 people per booking. If you are registering for 6 people, there is a chance that you will be seated in groups of 2 depending on the seats availability.

Notes on Visiting

  • If you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your registered time, your registration may be canceled.
  • Each person seated is required to order one set meal.
  • Guests who are not dining, including children, are not permitted to occupy a seat.
  • Your waiting time may vary.
  • Please be prepared to wait at the store.

For Visitors with Children

  • No child seats are available. Please note that children who cannot sit by themselves cannot occupy a seat.
  • For infants, please use a baby carrier.
  • Strollers must be folded and stored.
