What is "registration"?

It is a system to secure your desired time slot for the day. (In-store registration is for same-day only.) Please note that this is not a reservation and does not guarantee your seating time.

Why registration?

The deliciousness of 'Hikiniku to Come' is all about timing. To ensure that every customer receives freshly prepared hamburger Stekes and freshly cooked rice, we prepare the food according to a strict timetable to serve it at the best possible moment. To maintain this level of quality, we operate a registration system to ensure that only confirmed visitors are allocated seats.

How to register

There are two types of registration: In-store and Online. Since the registration method varies by store, please check the method for the store you wish to visit below.

Notes on Online Reservation

  • A set meal fee will be charged for the number of people when you register.
  • Advance Priority Ticket (1,000 yen/seat)
    For customers coming from far away, such as overseas. This is a "limited quantity" ticket that ensures you seats in advance. These tickets are released on the 1st of each month until the end of the following month. This will allow you to reserve a seat from 8 days up to 2 months in advance.
  • Once payment is complete, a cancellation fee will be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.

  • You can register up to 6 people per booking. If you are registering for 6 people, there is a chance that you will be seated in groups of 2 depending on the seats availability.

Notes on Visiting

  • If you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your registered time, your registration may be canceled.
  • Each person seated is required to order one set meal.
  • Guests who are not dining, including children, are not permitted to occupy a seat.
  • Your waiting time may vary.
  • Please be prepared to wait at the store.

For Visitors with Children

  • No child seats are available. Please note that children who cannot sit by themselves cannot occupy a seat.
  • For infants, please use a baby carrier.
  • Strollers must be folded and stored.

Yes, one representative can register for the group.

Can I choose my visit time?

Yes, you can select your preferred time from the available slots.

What is the maximum number of people I can register for?

You can register for up to four people. We cannot accept changes in the number of people after registration. Also, for groups of four, seating might be divided depending on availability.

Is it okay for just one person to visit?

Of course! We welcome solo diners. In fact, single diners often find it easier to get a seat. Please feel free to visit us.

About Time

If I return at my registered time, will I be seated immediately?

While we aim to seat you as soon as possible, there might be a short wait at the store. The time communicated to you during registration is the time to return to the store. Depending on the dining pace of the previous customers, you may have to wait for up to 30 minutes. For groups of three, the wait might be longer as we need two adjacent seats to become available.。

How long does the meal take?

It typically takes about 30 minutes for fast eaters and around 50 minutes on average. Depending on the situation, you might be served immediately after seating, or there could be a 15-minute wait.

What happens if I’m late for my registered time?

If you are not present when called, your registration will be canceled. Additionally, if your group is not fully present, absent members will be considered no-shows and will not be allowed to join later.

About Children

Can I bring small children?

Yes, but we do not have children's chairs available, so only children who can sit on their own are allowed. If you bring a baby, you will need to fold the stroller and use a baby carrier. Please note that our Shibuya location is on the third floor, and there is no elevator, so it may not be suitable for strollers or wheelchairs.。

Do you have a children's menu?

We do not have a children's menu. Even for children, we ask that each seated customer orders the "Hikiniku to Come Set Meal."

Cancellations & Changes

Can I change the number of people after registration?

Unfortunately you cannot. We prepare meals based on the registered number of people. We also decline many customers after the restaurant is fully booked, so please register with the correct number of people.

Can I change the time after registration?

No, you cannot. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I cancel my registration?

Generally, no. If necessary, please visit the store and inform the staff of your cancellation. We do not accept cancellations by phone.

Can I use a credit card?

Yes, you can use credit cards at our Shibuya, Kyoto, and Imaizumi locations (VISA/MASTER/JCB only).
