Opened on June 1, 2020. The first store, renovated from a traditional house, represents the origin of 'Hikiniku to Come'. It is designed to maximize the ' Just ground, Just grilled, Just cooked' experience, embodying the brand's philosophy and world view. For example, the second floor was removed to enhance the freshly made appeal. The silver giant ducts and the counter seats surrounding the grillstand, which have become iconic for ' Hikiniku to Come' originated here. Among all stores, Kichijoji has many regular customers, with some visiting over 100 times a year. We aim to continue being a beloved local store.
